Born in Vancouver, raised in Los Angeles and Toronto, I've been working in the film industry for over 30 years, appearing as a young lad in some commercials, tv shows, movies, and a bit of theatre. In my twenties I switched gears, taking an interest in audio engineering and music composition. After building a studio, I ended up working with a number of production companies on their ad campaigns for over 10 years. I've also provided original music and post audio mixes for several short films, documentaries, and corporate videos.
A recurring theme I have noticed over the years is that the importance of audio can be underestimated. Deficiencies in this area are going to drastically reduce the overall quality of your production, no matter how good all the other aspects might be.
The Space
